Barb is a Human Resources and Organizational Development leader with broad and deep experience in bringing a strategic business and integrated talent management approach to companies and executive leaders. Barb consistently focuses on building the best organizations by strategically delivering innovative programs and strategies designed to attract, develop, retain and engage diverse talent. Most recently, Barb was the Senior Vice President, Human Resources for the Wine and Spirits Division of Constellation Brands, a leading international producer and marketer of beer, wine and spirits with global operations, more than 8,200 employees, 100 brands and over 40 facilities. In addition to Constellation Brands, Barb’s experience includes Human Resource leadership positions in global manufacturing, consulting services, and healthcare, and she has opened and managed her own business. Barb is also an active board member for the Bivona Child Advocacy Council, the Nazareth HR Advisory Committee and the Board of Advisors for the Moxie Exchange, a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, and the Women of the Vine Advisory Board.
