Bivette Stodghill - Learning Management ExpertBivette works closely with members of the Inspire! Care 360 team to lead the Department of Professional Development. She spearheads the development of curriculum, career paths and online learning environment. Overseeing the IC360 Online Learning Management System, Bivette delivers efficient training opportunities in early education, customer service, human resources, operations, and labor issues. Prior to working with Inspire! Care 360, Bivette was a Supervising Director, specializing in children’s programs for Rochester Area Community Foundation Initiatives. Before that, Bivette was a Visiting Assistant Professor at the College at Brockport, delivering undergraduate and graduate courses and conducting research on childhood trauma and resilience. Her love of children’s issues began with an early career in school aged care at Miss Rita’s Small World and social work at the Rochester Society for the Protection and Care of Children (SPCC). Each of these career paths led Bivette to a career where she ensure that people who work with children have the very best education, information, practices, and tools to provide top notch care and supportive services to children and their families. Bivette has extensive background in writing, publishing, editing, event planning, project and conference facilitation, grant writing and workshop and training delivery.
